🍶 Kashiwa Jiman
We are pleased to introduce Kashiwa Jiman, a highly acclaimed junmai sake brewed with rice grown in Kashiwa.
It is made from “Fusakogane” rice, cultivated with environmentally friendly farming methods at Someya Farm in Kashiwa City, and certified as Eco Rice by Chiba Prefecture.
The sake is brewed by Wakura Shuzo in Futtsu, Chiba Prefecture, resulting in a dry junmai sake that brings out the rich flavor of the rice.
This sake beautifully expresses the local taste of Kashiwa.
It is not only delicious to enjoy yourself but also makes a wonderful souvenir from Kashiwa.
